Linens and towels are provided

Daily Maid service is available for $7 per day.

Week is Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am

5 day period is Sunday at 4pm to Friday at 10am

Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent

No pets allowed in condo or resort

No Smoking in the Condo or Resort

Published rental rates subject to change without notice.

If you cancel your reservation before your rent payment is made $75 of the $100 deposit will be returned.  If you cancel after your rent payment is made we will refund your rent if the condo can be rented for the same period.

$100 deposit is due 1 week from reservation to secure your dates.

Rent is due 2 weeks before your arrival date.

Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure if inspection of condo is good.

You may pay via personal check  You can also request us to bill you which will allow you to pay via credit card or PayPal.

You are responsible for any damage to the condo.
