$100 deposit is due 1 week from reservation to secure your dates.
Rent is due 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure if inspection of condo is good.
Payment via personal or bank check is preferred. Payment by credit card or
PayPal with a 3% service fee added on is also accepted unless reservation is made within a
week of your arrival date..
You are responsible for any damage to the condo.
If you cancel your reservation before your rent payment is made $75 of the $100 deposit
will be returned. If you cancel after your rent payment is made we will refund your
rent if the condo can be rented for the same period. |
